Case erector and bag inserter

The Combi Plast is a remarkable concept. An integration of a modular case erector with the inserting of a pre-fabricated bag into an erected case.

A perfect packaging solution for all those companies packing products which should not dry out or should actually be protected from moisture or dust.

A case erecting technology whereby the case is picked up from the magazine by the vacuum suction frame which holds it firmly on two sides. Then the bottom flaps are folded in while the case is stationary. All movements are directed towards the case, your guarantee for a perfect square case. From there the Niverplast technology takes over. A clever vacuum system takes a bag from the magazine and the placer-spreader unit positions the pre-fabricated bag neatly into the erected case reaching all four corners. The bag is made to measure for your specific purpose, not too large and not too small. The result: lower cost and a box with a bag, ready to be filled.

OK Polybag-in-box Maker & Bag inserter

This Superliner OK SL220 case liner makes bags from a roll of gusseted polythylene tubing, places the bag into a case, crate, drum or tray and cuffs the bag over the edges. The machine is 3 years old and changed for a cheaper and more compact for a Niverplast CombiPlast machine.

Bagmaker inserter

The Flexim-21 is an innovative and easy-to-use bagmaker inserter designed by Pattyn, for the packing of a wide range of bulk products. This Flexim is almost new, runned 3 months in production, then this machine has been changed to a Niverplast Easy Plast 21 p/M bag placing machine.

The special concept of the machine allows maximum flexibility and is designed with emphasis on operator friendliness, easy access, safety and hygine. This modular stand alone machine can be integrted in an existing line or installed in a complete automated Pattyn packaging line, run by only one operator.

Working principle:
- The accumulated cases are seperated at the entrance of the machine
- Tubular gusseted film is unrolled into the case to a controlled bag length
- The bottom of the bag is sealed leak proof and cut by a travelling knife
- Four special grippers open the bag machanically, without using vacuum and cuff the bag over the case, assisted by four caseflap holders.
