The fully automatic EasyPlast inserts EasyOpen bags into boxes, crates, buckets etc.

Niverplast manufactures EasyOpen bags. This relieves you of the worry and risks associated with the bag production. Thanks to the prefab technology, changing formats is no problem at all and is done in a flash; an operator can easily change the bags.

Directly after the EasyPlast you can – either manually or automatically – fill the case, the crate or the bucket, automatically seal the bag with the Vario Seal machine in accordance with HACCP-standards.

The Niverplast bag placing technology facilitates processing of a wide range of film materials in different grades. Bags made of thinner film, like 10 micron, could offer considerable cost savings.

The bag magazine can be refilled without interrupting the production in any way.
