This machine is able to fold the bag fully automatically. The new automatic random VarioFold- Series case Folders are designed with interelligent controls for measuring and adjusting to random rank cases/crates sizes. For this the adjustable transportbelt is performed fully automatically.

The VarioFold will automatically un-cuff a filled bag in a box, neatly stretch and fold the bag within the dimension of 1/2 the bag circumference (stretch) at 8 cases per minute on demand.

The foldunit and the baggripunt, as well the probes and stretchfingers, has been replaced in 2 units, witch are able to move vertical variable adjustable so we could run with the range as described below.
